考駕駛執照及發駕駛執照準則

小弟不是針對某人來說,其實政府是否要檢討考牌及發牌準則?
因為小弟覺得現時考牌有點兒落後及兒戲,政府可否加一些新元素在路試內(eg:緊急時應變及加強路面處理技巧)?而且新牌司機(私家車及輕型貨車)要強制性掛P牌?

其實我覺得 P 牌個制度改改好D﹗而家 P 牌係先『實習』一年先出正式牌，但係我建議就係由持牌者擁有汽車(保單上所指o既車主或司機)開始計一定時間內，如果違反交通規則，就罰多 50%﹗

不如頭2年內有違反交通規則，強制上堂補鐘後先發回駕駛執照

絕對贊成!!!

我覺得用logbook果套會好d, 因為一拎左P牌唔渣車,
雪夠1年拎正式牌同依家都無分別.
渣飛機都用時數去衡量啦, 我覺得logbook比用牌齡黎計保險會準確d添.

行LOGBOOK係好..不過都幾麻煩...
倒不如強制私家車裝黑盒, 用電子LOGBOOK仲好…

其實考牌個方面, 應該參考英國的那一套…冇SET ROUTE, 任個考官係考試時間內帶你去任何地方…Manoeuvre就抽考, 仲要有tell me show me questions…
咁一定俾而家既好, 起碼真係test得出應考者是否有駕駛的能力…

以下為英國路試所測試的各個項目: (以下列出為考試分紙上的項目, 並已簡化至1號牌水平)
1a. Eyesight
1b. Highway Code/ Safety
2. Controlled Stop
3. Reverse left
4. Reverse right

或許大家會問, 點解係分紙上有: 1b. Highway Code/ Safety呢一項…其實呢一,項係開車前先考你兩
條問題, 答唔到一條就未開車先一個minor, 兩條就兩個…
