[有則]假如蘇屋邨是這樣起............AZALEA HOUSE

始於1956年4月11日Eric的圖則,
AZALEA HOUSE早期的圖則,
全第2型單位,由2A TO 2F型,
下面就是2A(4人)及2C(4.5人)型組成的BAY,
以2C入例,打開大門進入單位(圖一),是走入廚房先,先再出廳,十分美妙好設計,讚,
LAYOUT PLAN也是十分美妙(圖二),
可惜.......它被REVISED了.........

究竟為什麼要放棄這個美妙?在此賣關子先,等大家猜猜.....

p.s.如果反應良好,將會推出蘇屋村其餘大廈之初生設計(大家放心,當然是會附圖的)

why is there very different sizes for the kitchens and the toilets for the two units which have similar UFA?

咪係, 如果廚房著火的話, 成間屋都無路走, D人咪一定俾火燒死? 即使
平日都好, 廚房無窗, 一炒送時即刻成屋都係油煙...

Do you think you can close all the doors and escape to the balcony in case of fire?

Do you think there is 1 hour fire resistant protection for the proposed balcony door in accordance with BS 476 (1932 edition)?

Area:
Flat Type 2A- 275sq.ft.
Flat Type 2C- 246sq.ft.

要留意的是2A的grid是10呎,而2c的grid是8呎9吋,深度2者都是27呎9吋
