Just paid a short visit to Wolverhampton yesterday. I think this city is only known to Hongkongers
this year because of the promotion of their football club into Premier League.
Quite impressed by the old buses I can find in the city...just some random shots from my short stay
of only an hour in the city:
Surprised to see all these still in service with the smaller operators...
Then comes to the larger operators...firstly Arriva Midlands North:
One thing worth mentioning about the Handybus bodywork, is that it is the first body built by Wright using the Aluminique technique. The body skirt panels are bolted on to make repair work easier - and this feature set in stone to future Wrightbus bodywork and continue to live on to the latest Millenium 2 range.
