why called them "Failure bus"? coz they are the only prototype?

Some member here keep calling City Rail as City Fail becoz  of its hopeless trains system.. so Railbus are ended up called Failbus

O really? why he said he used that term learning from a newspaper?? Or i made a mistake-.- not sure

I have tried typing "SYDNEY", "FAIL" and "BUS" into Google, nothing from a newspaper can be located.
