Nope, the demo is 4.2m high, this one is 4.1m high, therefore they have to relocate everything to the rear compartment. The rear compartment is for the 114 gallons (430L) twin fuel tanks and air tanks of the bus, accessible at the rear right by an access door (same location as the Citybus/NWFB E500's Emergency door).
If you look at the spec sheet of the "Go anywhere" at AD's website, you will see that the technical spec is the same as the normal NA version diesel with ISL 8.9L 330/ 380 engine with DPF & SCR.
However, due to the lower height, this version does not offer a 40ft version, only 42ft available.
The E500H so far has not attract any orders from US/CAN transit agency.
" 8004 was being shown off today in Kanata at the Kanata Race Day event at 2000 Innovation Drive.
FYI - each City Councillor will be allowed to borrow an OC double decker (only once) for one of their community events, as part of OC Transpo's goal of promoting the bus -- which is what Councillor Marianne Wilkinson did this morning.
Many pictures of 8004 were taken, below are picture links:..."
