Not Melbourne's Operator. And I don't think they are an Aussie Company..........At the moment, there is no info about it, like company background, time to start operation, route, etc. Some of those are un-registered as VIC rego, some of those just have got normal VIC rego, but not "AO"(accreditation operator) rego. So, no comment at this stage.
