Below is a pic of an Alexander Dennis Enviro 500 40ft (12M) for SLO transit operated in San Luis Obispo taken in El Dorado assembly plant in Riverside today. Based on the picture, the fleet number of the bus is 0963, and from the SLO transit fan page, that bus went to a US Open event on June 17 at Pacific Grove, CA and went back to the El Dorado Plant in Riverside, CA. The double decker that is next to the 0963 is the Enviro 500 12M demo.
According to SLO transit fan page, this bus will be delivered on July 19, 2010 and will be placed into service on Sept 6, 2010
*No new community transit Enviro 500 is spotted today.

Thanks for watching
One thing that baffles me is how the San Luis Obispo County, with a population of 250,000, can support E500 double decker service (if it does, I presume most places in the continental US can ). I had never been to SLO before and have no idea what their loads are, though.

What i heard is that the bus will be put into route 4 and 5, which serve Cal Poly SLO, and i guess this bus will be used as a school tripper for the students in Cal Poly
Yup! When I saw the bus back in January, it was still painted in CT color scheme with all the original decals. I believe that bus sat on the property for quite a while, along with BCT E500H #9527.
