haha, cause we have a few lawyers and accontant in my family ma, that's why I got free legal help...and those HK insurence hate lawyers and accountants..haha, that's why they backed down (out of court settlement), paid us quicklyl and didn't add loading to our car at all.

Usually, how long does HK insurence pay up (i thought I heard 2 year), cause in US,the worst case is 72 hours or to an extreme 2 weeks, for their insurence company to pay up...if casulty involved, that's different). And if the insurence didn't pay up, you can sue them...(most auto lawyer won't charge you $$$ if they lost the case, if they win, it's 5-10% of the total sum awarded.
