I think bus company and Manufacturer must do so many works before the new vehicle leave UK. New technology and new material are good reasons to change the TD policy or get the permit. Also, HK TD likes to follow the euro standard. So, I have confidence these two buses can get the vehicle registration in Hong Kong.
