架車好似同AP一樣係一體化車身, 加上仲未换鋁合金車軨, 應該5洗拆凳呱

StreetDeck所謂嘅「一體化」本質上同E400底盤配返ADL自家車身冇乜分別,一體化同A唔AP、係唔係無大樑冇任何關係。
睇睇StreetDeck嘅brochure,好明顯係有條底盤喺度:

至於話AP輕囉喎,三代AP加固過之後要減企位,睇怕一啲都唔輕。
我講嘅問題唔係佢總重超過18噸(StreetDeck算好輕身),而係尾跨偏長、重心偏後,尾軸揹得太重而頭軸分擔得唔夠多。
StreetDeck嘅ZF頭尾軸設計上分別可以負重8.2噸同13噸(受車呔限制,例如用275/70R22.5呔嘅話,頭軸就得返7.1噸),而香港嘅軸重上限係單呔9噸,孖呔10噸(單層巴士可以申請豁免到11.5噸,當住兩軸雙層都得先)。即係話,呢18噸嘅分佈一定要喺頭6.5、尾11.5噸同頭7.1、尾10.9噸之間,如果唔係就會用唔盡呢18噸(e.g.尾軸載到11.5噸時頭軸只得6噸,總重就只會去到17.5噸)。
至於引擎動力,我都知OM936有幾種輸出可以揀,不過個人覺得E400有啲過分,亦唔知部StreetDeck本身承唔承受到太大力嘅引擎,如果佢係處於AMC同E400之間(例如話300匹嗰隻)就非常好。

上層車窗變矮好似話可以減少車身重量,睇吓可唔可以輕到加幾個企位

StreetDeck前身Gemini 2用的底盤是VDL DB300,即系AMC1用嗰隻
不知道StreetDeck是否繼續使用這款底盤?
而且這台車車尾結構看上去真系似AMC1 |

I hate to say this but this is NOT an attractive style when compared to the current body style. Those tiny windows in the upper deck is just way too low and it does not give you the open feel like the current Gemini 2. The angular shape seems weird and ugly, not as smooth and streamline like the current ones. It looks like Transformer has morphed into a double decker bus. |

當年0305唔俾做三軸.
而家WRIGHT可否做三軸平治偈呢?為佢有自家底盤.

But don't forget that the Streetdeck is one of the lightest double decker currently in service in the UK at the moment. From what I recall, the unladen weight is about 800kg lighter than the "classic" UK-spec E400. Making allowance for some strengthening work to fit the bigger, heavier and more powerful engine, I think it is likely that this will come out lighter than the 2-axle double deckers in service in HK at the moment.
