建議開辦3條全新環吐露港旅遊巴士線（涉及99R, 274P, 275R）

環吐露港巴士線 Circum-Tolo Buses

背景：吐露港沿岸一直擁有豐富旅遊資源，有待發展，現建議開設3條全新的「環吐露港巴士線」，當中一條更每天全日行走，務求推動吐露港旅業發展。同時，九巴現區內有兩條假日巴士線，是為99R及275R，建議在計劃下予以重組成新線，以增加客源和票務收益。另外，九巴274P線環繞吐露港而行，該線更快將提升至每天全日服務，建議擴展該線車隊，開辦一全日旅遊線。

所以R1只能使用短車，甚至中小型巴士行駛。咁亦解釋咗點解佢有相當密嘅班次（因為每車乘載量低過275R）

其實吐露港海灣相連，山巒延綿，本身已屬風景優美嘅地區，再加上現設兩間酒店，絕對有潛質發展成自然旅遊區。冀望路線營辦商參照日本各縣鄉郊旅遊巴士模式，推廣「環吐露港巴士」品牌，令國際遊客來港旅遊唔會再祗留喺港九大嶼山，向佢哋展示原來香港高樓大廈以外仲有個新界，仲有一泓咁靚嘅港灣，好值得佢哋留戀。

不如加開下白泥流浮山專線

如果要開嘅話,最多都係開假日兩繁, 而且而家白泥有小巴,流浮山有K65

相反，R1係首條由大埔直達鹿頸嘅巴士，便利遊客，R3更將分散於吐露港沿岸嘅各景點以一線串連起來，方便遊客周遊各地

誠然，閣下援引嘅都係新東獨特嘅旅遊地點，值得一遊，所以本人提倡嘅旅遊巴士線，都會經停部份地點；不過，我又會覺得，既然上述景點早已為旅發局介紹，若遊客有興趣遊歷新東，想必早能知曉，而呢啲地點，現時當局都提供唔同嘅公交服務，便利旅客前往。

但新東引人入勝嘅地方，係咪只囿於寥寥數處呢？能否以一個香港人嘅身份，設計貼地旅遊路線，俾遊客有一趟意想不到嘅旅程呢？呢樣係設計「環吐露港巴士」時，我抱住嘅心態。

環顧吐露港範圍，閣下不難發現景點處處，惟旅遊配套欠奉。船灣主壩，雙湜夾擊，超然嘅氣概，係維港永遠無法所有；吐露南岸，沙灘步道，沿海延展，寧謐嘅氛圍，係港九鬧市中永無得享；馬鞍八仙，崇山峻嶺，攀走其上，唔知係幾多外客夢寐之事。但係，呢啲地點，雖設公交接駁，景點與景點之間，卻係毗鄰而不便往來－除非你踩單車。所以本人倡辦「環吐露港巴士」，希望可以俾遊客一個全新選擇，以隨意嘅方式，務求做到一日內環港而遊嘅旅遊體驗。而Pass嘅推出，更附帶多項矚目「食玩買」優惠，務求令遊客可有充實難忘嘅旅程。最後，Pass亦設乘搭多條九巴線路嘅優惠，便利遊客深入西貢、三門仔等地。
