The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited (“KMB”) hereby openly invites interested parties to offer tender for the below subject within the Collection Period herein
below stated. In this Tender, KMB is also acting on behalf of its affiliate, Long Win Bus Company Limited (“LWB”).

Subject Supply Scope：
KMB intends to appoint quality supplier(s) for the supply of approximately 170 Completely Built Up (CBU) Air-conditioned Double Deck Bus for franchised operations in Hong Kong to be delivered commencing Q1-2022. Tentative purchase allocation is as follows :
Diesel Bus (118 with nominal length 12M or over)
Diesel Bus (26 with nominal length less than 12M)
Electric Bus (26 with carrying capacity of 115 passengers)
Tender Collection Deadline：
All interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience shall complete and return the attached “Tender Collection Form” starting 3 March 2021 to 8 March 2021 (10:00 AM HK Time) by email to tender.red@kmb.hk (in PDF format).
In case a rainstorm black warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above is valid for any duration between 9:00 a.m. (HKSAR Time) and 12:00 noon (HKSAR Time), the closing time will be extended to 12:00 noon (HKSAR Time) on the next weekday (i.e. except Saturday and Sunday) other than public holiday.
Tender Issue and Closing：
Tender Issue: 4th, 5th and 8th March 2021, upon receiving the submission by Tenderer.
Late application of tender collection after 8 March 2021 (10:00 AM HK Time) will not be considered.
Tender Closing Deadline: 15 March 2021 (10:00a.m.)
Prequalification Requirement：

Interested parties are drawn to the notice under Pre-Qualified Tendering for New Bus for Franchised Operations. Tenderer might be invited to undergo a pre-qualification process for the said commodity before they are invited to participate in this tender.
