Solution:

According to my understanding, this situation is defined as "pouring water" because one only states that there is a boardmate who is known in the flim, but the statement seems meaningless to other people.  This is true because one does not explain why one sees other boardmate in the flim.

Also reply #6 (da54): Yes, the problem is that the statement is too short and meaningless.
