But you are right anyway, iRule Article 31 stated that the complain must be made by the party involved...

According to the complain, I think that the photoes of KMB AMN1 cannot be posted anymore on board B3 because the boardmate does not like anyone to post these photoes.
Therefore, it is not legal to post these photoes.
