you are right! in oral language for daily usage
I have heard native english speakers say something like:
" He DON'T know nothing"
" It ain't no sh*t"
I believe all of the above have poor grammar, and they are all fine~
but you know what: we are talking about something printed on the newspaper
It should be faultless and written formally.
Unless you are doing something very wide known, or the paragraphs explains the title
