我去到呢個客車攤位,真係嚇一跳,乜係中國制造,唔講真係以為歐州,澳州或者美國造,
佢全部車都係銷售到美國,愛爾蘭同澳州

雖然係國產, 但始終都進口貨總成
去美國個車真係好靚, 完全係美國style(合金軨/兩幅玻璃)
聽講去USA 係做party bus

但我想問BCI 點解, 安源得出口既車有打BCI名, 但內銷係冇
BCI 係唔係外國公司??

BCI係一間澳洲公司, 我估係安源既出口代理商掛.

I've seen similar BCI 45ft Coach at the dealer in Oregon, basically it has the same spec as most MCI/ Prevost (with Detroit Diesel, Cummins available), but almost a 30-45% cheaper then most American made bus, the guy at the bus/truck dealer said they target these vehicle to small private owners (maybe those Chinese own charter bus company in Canada/ US might interested in them, instead of old MCI/ Prevost that are like 20 yrs old...)

Also, if they can sell similar quality product in HK, I think they can have a good market share.

估計BCI只是租用/買了安源的生產線,入口美國同澳洲零件裝組

安源在國內的公交車...簡直是垃圾~

Yes. it need to pass the Altoona Test (an equvilant of 10 years of service test), also, it need to pass a roll over test, a fire test, and the side of the bus need to have minimal damage when a car (mid-size) hit it @ 25 mph....
