Veolia Transport is trialling on transmission for the Volvo B12BLE, to get away from ZF's 6HP604 which causing high fuel consumption
10 buses (401-410), some of them have retro-fitted or factroy fitted with Voith D864.5, rare enough for Sydney operator, and more unique, is 411, fitted with Volvo's I-shift Transmission, spotted today at Parramatta, while I was spotting ComfortDelgro's only Volgren CR222L bodied bus
Wow... So I-shift is Volvo's own proprietary gearbox? Very interesting.
Is M for manual like tiptronic?
