The rule 24 stated "嚴禁把其他網站的站務事宜帶到本站討論及在本站作出任何宣傳行為，站友在「個人/興趣網頁宣傳區」宣傳不涉及商業成份之個人網頁則不在此限。" What I was saying was in response to eric278's question in article #1: "會否表示B1即將開辦?" I don't think I'm discussing the website's affair but a boradmate's conduct, so I don't think I deserve for any warning or notice.
2. I am quite surprised wtih admin07's judgement... Mr. eric278 is just giving his apology for his wrong information given in the website, after the doubts raised by other friends. I'm justing thinking... if eric278 didn't give his apology for his website, what will happen in this thread then?
3. And I would prefer to follow Mr. 307's logic: although we are discussing the information in a personal website, we should focus on the boardmate's own conduct rather than his website's affairs.

1) You have only ASKED why the defendant raised the question here since he had known the answer. Therefore, it does not
violate rule 24. However, the defendant explained why he knew the "fact" which contradicted what he posted in #1. In the
reply, he emphasized about the information of his personal web which might violate article 24.
2) Since the defendant did not aplogise BEFORE 9 Jul 2007, it has shown that the defendant had no intention to
modify what he said although several boardmates pointed out his mistakes and weak evidences.
3) The several boardmates, pointed out mistakes and weak evidences of the defendant, only concerned the
conduct of the defendant. Therefore, they ( perhaps including me ) did not violate Article 24.
