1. Background Information
MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified consultant to express their interest in tendering for Consultancy Agreement A311-23 : Consultancy for Section 16 Planning Application for MTR Tai Po Bus Maintenance Centre to prepare and submit the planning application under Section 16 of the Town Planning Ordinance and obtain approval from the Town Planning Board (TPB) for the use of the MTR Tai Po Bus Maintenance Centre, which is located the junction of Dai Fuk Street and Dai Wah Street Area 33, Tai Po New Territories for stabling, repair and maintenance of MTR buses.
2. Scope of Services
The scope of Services includes the following:
(a) Liaise with relevant Government Departments to confirm the scope of assessments required for the Section 16 Planning Application. Preparation of the required documents, study and assessment reports (Stage 1);
(b) Preparation and submission of the Section 16 Planning Application and obtain TPB’s approval upon instructed by the Corporation after completion of Stage 1.
