帕 布 已 減 弱 為 一 熱 帶 低 氣 壓。

Really impossible for a signal 8 now.

雖然個風係減弱左為熱帶低氣壓，但由於帕布係逐漸移近關係，本港風力略為增強，
未來數小時將考慮發出3號強風信號。天文台掛都3號已經算好好啦，8號都係唔駛望

雖然天文台在昨夜11時的船舶熱帶氣旋警告中指出
當時"帕布"的最低氣壓是995hPa
但這一刻橫瀾島海平面氣壓經已下跌至992hPa

當然
這可能只是反映天文台「高估」了其最低氣壓
與強度沒甚麼大的關係

天文台已於2:40 改發三號強風信號

The main problem is:

Because of the lati-thunderstorm-tude-typhoon, HKO states that no such partly sunny is valid next 7 days.  We expect there is still very little chance that the sun will shine again in Hong Kong in mid-August, but HKO states that it is very very unlikely.  See the information of 8/15: (27 - 32 degree C, RH: 75 - 90%)

We expect thunderstorms but not sunshine between 8/12 and 8/14 because of lati-thunderstorms. (Next low air trough property)

Will there be sunny period after 8/12?  Yes, but no such High Air Ridge supports.

P.S. Good for the typhoon singal #3 because the typhoon towards HK as near as possible.
Stop the partly sunny next 7 days in gerenal case!
