Any fare saver or interchange discount on Airport Express Travel Pass?

astitle. Does Airport Express Travel pass work in the same way as theadult one when using that for travelling between MTR and East Rail/WestRail?
I have bought one for only $285 online (normal price $300) and will collect the pass at the airport in Mar.
One more question, is that true this travel pass only valid for 180days even I top up and use that frequently? Does it mean I cannot usethe card after 181 days?

Please note that the pass only allows unlimited travel on the Island, Tsuen Wan, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Tung Chung and Disneyland Resort lines within 3 days.

But, the pass does not include unlimited travel on former KCR West Rail , East Rail and Ma On Shan Extension.

One more question is during those 3 days of unlimited travel, do I receive any interchange discount when I travel on both MTR and former KCR East/West Rail throughout journey? Or I need to pay the full adult Octopus fare on former KCR East/West?

I would like to know are there anyinterchange discount after the 3 days unlimited travel. For example: I start my journey from Tai Po, then interchange at Kowloon Tong to Causeway Bay.
Can I use the fare saver machine to have $2 saving as well?

You will have to pay the full fare for East Rail Line trip

E.g. Tai Po Market to Causeway bay via Kowloon Tong
Charge = $7.1 (ERL TPM->KOT) + $0 (Free Kwun Tong Line + Tseun Wan Line + Island Line)

Intermodel discount does not apply

after the 3-day period, the pass will automatically change to an adult Octopus card,
which will charge the full adult trip fee, of course including the interchange discount

Please check and rearrange the schedule that try to make a whole-day trip around New Territories or even just in Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai and Tuen Mum.

It can help to let you to buy a day pass to save ...

I prefer to buy a AE Travel Pass which is also an Octopus card because I could use that on many shopping and eating places as well which is much more convenient for me
During my 12 days visit in HK, I will properly travel between Kowloon and HK Island most during the 3 days unlimited travel.

After that, I will properly buy a NT day pass as you recommend to travel by East/West Rail.
