Are these ppl just mentally ill or something, why should someone decided to do such a damage to once private property, too bad HK doen't have the mindset of preservation of historical artifacts. in US (WA for example) if that artifact was deemd historical. And someone decided to damage it intentionally, not only will be liable for criminal charges on damage once property, but also he will be liable for damaging historical value artifacts, which carry a greater penalty then just damaging once's property.
