The chance of this is quite slim, considering that organisation have just acquired close to 50 14.5m long Scanias in the past 1 year, and currently still being delivered for those express routes.
If CDC does manage to get DDs and is successful at running them (install coin/note boxes like HK and not give change? Since most people boarding City routes will pay $5.60+), it might really shame the STA :p Better still, run the DDs, tender for other routes when the region review is due, and snatch routes from the STA :p
