How about 村巴29R from 西貢->西灣亭 and walk there??? I would cost around $15 for the trip and journey of around 30mins bus trip then 2hrs walking... The following website would give you detail information of 29R timetable...

You can also consider taxi to 西灣亭 then walk... Timing should be around the same but costing around $80...
Getting to 浪茄 by road would be very difficult since going in from either 西灣亭/萬宜東壩, there would still be a relatively long walk...

Yes... 29R stop is just outside the main exit of MacDonld at 好運來 and the main exit of the 惠康超級廣場 upstairs...
