I am afraid that no one would like to take that minibus since the MTR is EXTREME cheap than any feeder service...
In your suggestion of UNI to SHM, although it will be very fast, I am afraid that the fare would be too expensive.
The line will not be competitive enough if the line is not frequent.
The MTR just take 10 minutes more than the feeder service which MTR is more frequent.
In the suggestion for FOT, I would afraid that the travelling time would be very long since there are quite a lot of traffic lights in the route which may lead to the travelling time is longer than the MTR.
In the part of fare, it is nearly impossible to attract any FAN of SHS people since the fare of travelling to FOT is the same as going to SHM.
The fare of the minibus going towards UNI must not be greater than $3, otherwise noone would travel by it
