Show bus at Duxford was held again this year. it was larger than before, with the usual mix of 'old' and 'new' buses. many stall holders were selling bus models, and, as usual, there were many models, and models for HK are very popular in the UK!
No Eviro400 was sent to Duxford, although a prototype exists.
as far as Hk buses are concerned, there were two interesting items:
the first was a production line model of the B9TL volvo with wright body. here are nearside and offside views.
The chasis number is YB324H9245A105711 and body number is J628.
differences between the B9 and the B7- AVW class?????
Then, here is ex city bus 161 [now stagecoach 13651] in the striking livery for school work in Rugby. there are 4 of those buses allocated to Stagecoach Rugby.
