Northwest Airlines(NWA) announces the new route - the 1st Transatlantic route - to Amsterdam
NWA utilizes the new DC-10-30ER widebodies to enter the transatlantic market
with nonstop from NWA east coast hub Detorit to the centre of Europe - Amsterdam
The 1st flight NW 242 was luanched on 4 September 1980, operated by 380 seats DC-10
the flying time is just 9:33
NWA passengers can make an easy transfer in Amesterdam to the rest of Europe,
by our partner airlines - KLM - which offers nearly 100 destinations out of Amsterdam.
Of course, passengers can also the comfy ambience in our magnificent DC-10!
