You are talking as if the whole fleet of Darts are coming out of service soon, when the reality is, it's only the first batch of 20 AA3-22(?) and 33 F-reg AMs are due for replacement in the coming year. There are still 15 G-reg AMs and nearly 30 10m Darts still in service beyond 2010. The remaining AM should still just about cater the need of 276 and 203, which are the only two services really need the type.
For the rest, the 211 has the mid-age second hand (and longer) AAs and why do you think it would be an issue? And 53, so much so it might be appropriate these days, can go with some ADSs anyway. The same goes with other 10m AA operated services, on which ADSs could be used in most cases. Easily.
