港鐵《鐵路安全規則》/ MTR《Railway Safety Rules》

姑且不論這些文件是否「內部文件」，但能夠找到出來，的確可以認識到港鐵系統的安全設施。

都唔駛做到國家級機密咁ge~~

何況警察d機密都可以係foxy任down......
證明好多地方都會有佢ge漏洞

內部文件的確不可與國家機密相提並論, 但一定程度的保護也是必要的. 警察機密會流傳在 FOXY 只代表保安鬆懈, 找到這些資料的人只是不知情下知道不應該知道的東西, 道理上比較說得通. 但如果這些資料被找到後拿來公諸於世, 之前的說法就說不通......

那就視乎當地的檔案公開法規，以及相關的公眾知情權而定。
以《安全守則》為例，其實可以抽出「非鐵路公司營運敏感資料」的部分，再加以修改內容後公開。
公開「經修正過的守則內容」，有助大眾對鐵路公司的營運認識；
否則一概以「保安機密」等藉口而不發放的話，大眾只會對鐵路公司猜疑和反感。

台北市捷運工程局及台北捷運網路大學，雖非公開員工指引，但有公開相關的捷運技術文獻。
而District Dave 的 London Underground Site，亦有公開發表倫敦地鐵信號系統—駕駛員安全守則（部分）。
