I think the B9TLs of Big Bus have replaced their Titans and ex-CMB MLs.

however, Bigbus intend to replace their ex KMB s3bl fleet by the end of this year [2010].

How about Arriva? They have shipped those old Australia MLs to London and refurbish them just 2-3 years ago. Any schedule to replace those MLs?
