常識都知停車打電話會拉埋手掣，
咁下次出通告駛唔駛連踩腳掣先停到車，
再拉好手掣，
然後拎起手機先打到電話都要寫埋出嚟呀？ ...

According to the past experience, some drivers were really worried and they really forgot to apply the handbrake eventually some accidents did happen !!
