As reported in other posts, a batch 6 (confirmed, contrary to what I said before) tri-axle B9TLs have joined the Big Bus fleet about a month ago. These 12.4m long vehicles are understood to be bought to boost capacity, so the former DLs and S3BLs are expected to be safe - at least for this year that is.
Another new member is a fleet of 12 Tridents formerly owned by Metrobus. They were bought by the company over 2 years ago, but only 4 entered service and the balance when to extended storage as a result of the economy downturn. DA5 is one of the stored examples which finally emerge into service very recently.
