I partly agree with you in my opinion, 70 should not be cancelled.
Instead, KMB should re-arrange its services, including route and departure
Such BBI cannot compensate the passengers much
for example, those taking 70 in early morning and mid-night.
They cannot use BBI as the routes do not provide the services yet
(The 1st departure of rt. 81C from Hung Hom is 6:35am)
They need to take other transports, and their burden (travel expense) increases
So, should we re-think whether the decision is correct or not
