Requirements
* Bachelor Degree in ANY discipline
* Active and outgoing
* Strong personality with initiative and leadership ability
* Keen interest to pursue a career in the bus industry
* Good written and spoken English and Chinese
* Possession of Class 1 and 2 driving license is an advantage.
* (Trainees must obtain the driving license by the end of the 2-year programme.)
Remuneration
* In this 2-year training programme, you will receive:
* Extensive training and mentoring during the first year
* Independent working experience during the second year
* Starting monthly salary of $12,000, which will be increased to $16,000 upon satisfactory completion of the programme
* Excellent career path to senior supervisory positions
