The tunnel is built by 昇悅居, the cost was around HKD$200million, the whole construction time is 5 years
First 2 yrs was to recontruct the water pipes

The main constructor is the same as the one which built 昇悅居

沒有沒有看錯的話，應該只剩下昇悅居的出入口仍未完工，其餘已經接近完成。
