Seeing these photos, I would like to ask if anyone notices the similarity of the design between the Volvo B5L/B5LH model and the Plaxton President demonstrator featured in the exhibition Coach & Bus 97.That demonstrator may be found in Yearbook 1998, and the bus is branded as a Volvo.

That President is a B7L. The only thing it is similar with the B5LH is the in-line engine mount. However, the B5's powertrain is obviously more compact (despite the motor and other hybrid gears), and it takes up less spaces in the cabin as a result. When you compare the photos above to the famed "toilet" at the back of a B7L, the difference is quite obvious:
