The Warwick Unibus, probably the one currently with the oldest buses allocated among all
Stagecoach Unibuses, has been operated dominantly by Volvo Olympians for the past 14
years. However, this "Olympian era" is going to mark an end with the delivery of a new batch
of 10 ADL E400s to Leamington garage for the Unibus service.
The new buses are expected to be on the road within weeks and the Olympians are expected
to withdraw then. Perhaps it's high time we pay a tribute to these loyal servants for the University
over the past decade:
I think DDA requirement for buses being accessible will start soon (couple of years time), so all buses have to be accessible by wheelchairs or something ie SLF required
