如果隻硬碟夠大，我主張分三區：
程式放 C；重要文件放 D (當然要定期 backup)；玩既野放 E。

呢三區最重要係 D，一定要定期 backup。
放 C 既程式大約 keep 住安裝程式或碟就無事。


另外，安裝用的 ...

i don't like partitioning... i still remember the old days - C.I.H.... sigh...
backing up is always the best choice for preventing data loss but people are always lazy as well haha

That's not a matter of lazy, but a matter of $$$.
Backup device is getting more and more costly these days.
Portable harddisks start from 40GB ones, I can't even find 20GB.

To me, CD is not very reliable sometimes, since frequent backup
needs some media highly viable for RW, not just R!

對我來講就真係懶唔懶既問題啦... 差唔多有半打 hdd... 鐘意 d backup 落邊個就邊個
而家有個 200gb 既 hdd 死左 ... 好彩 d recovery software 仲讀到...
唔係我死都唔掂...

用 portable hdd @@? 點解唔用傳統 o個 d + 個盒盒... 咁咪可以當 ext. hdd 用

我早已經用緊呢個方法 (職業需要 )，但我個舊 HDD 得 10GB，有擴充的必要。
