But I do not see a very clear correlation between this and the measures KMB had.
What we can see was that the conditions at TKO were sufficient for bus services. Yet, KMB opted not to resume services.
Keep in mind that KMB drivers in theory should have more experience on TKO roads than any other companies, due to their dispatch system.
If CTB/NWFB drivers, who in theory should have less experience, were able to carry passengers out of TKO, why could KMB's not?

呢個當然冇絕對可比性, 只不過有人數嘅分別 (少數員工 vs 多數乘客), 以及受薪承擔風險 vs 付費承擔風險, 和 一個係公司內部嘅員工, 另一個係公司服務嘅外部乘客嘅分別。

何謂 "we can see"? 安全唔安全由誰去定義? 九巴定義一定係錯, 城巴新巴一定係啱? 還是你定義係安全就係安全?
