唔知佢嘅signage 係指招牌嘅人仔標誌定指示牌. 但睇到creating and updating artwork 呢句我第一下感覺係前者
當然, 唔排除係後者或者以上皆不是

火炭站應該起橋由舊大堂果邊起天橋去巴士站果邊前惠康倉住宅項目

爪哇惠康倉項目 涉2061伙

至於該工業區內第一個由私人發展商推動的住宅項目，
則為爪哇集團牽頭申請重建的火炭惠康倉及火炭站上蓋項目，
將興建8座35至43層高住宅連零售設施，
共涉及224.5萬平方呎，提供約2,061伙，
現時已動工興建，可望在未來幾年落成。
