在 4 月底,小弟有一個特別的經驗,一程由稥港往洛杉磯的國泰航班,
因為機上的PTV壞掉,沒法操作。國泰航空公司給每位在頭等和商務客
位的旅客,派發 4 張,每張面值 25 美元的國泰空中購物的禮卷。不知
道如果是經濟位,有沒有這個待遇呢? |

I only got ONE when I was on CX255 last year!
That was the Asia's World City 744, when I took this on CX250 in April, the PTV doesnt work again

Normally, CX need to give some coupon and the ground staff at ur destination need to come out to apologize with the pax too, actually all class will have the same arrangement when all PTV was out of service~~ |

That's something I wanna asked about. When I was on CX250 on 8th April, all the PTV was out of order (inc. 1st & Business) and there is no compansation at all. I really have to ask CX again |

其實公司都有訂明如果壞PTV 時應該點做
以我記得,如果EY無PTV而只係個別一兩個/一兩行/
一個zone(airbus兩個EY zone/boeing三個EY zone)壞時
通常做法係ground staff會通知坐果度o既客會有咁o既情況(如果ground staff一早知道)
可以的話佢o地會派發一張coupon US$25補償
如果唔係一早知而係突然壞的話,cabin crew就會各派一張
如果又壞reading light/call light等等先至再派多一張
(註︰通常壞PTV時reading light等等有機會一齊壞埋)
但如果遇到成個EY zone壞晒
cabin crew/ground staff等都唔會即場派而係等公司之後安排compensation
因為通常都無咁多張coupon即時派
試過有班LAX-HKG 就係成個EY zone壞晒PTV
d客就發顛(請容許我咁講,因為班客有好多真係好野蠻)
ground staff已經一早講o左
連on board經理都解釋過好多次仲做埋PA講添
結果經理都無可奈何之下要每人派一張
但當然係唔夠!
結果有d 無coupon o既人都係要complaint!
我心諗︰呢d 客究竟想點?班員工都盡晒力去解釋同道歉~
PS:我唔清楚頭等同商務客遇到同樣情況會有幾多張coupon~ |

喺一個客既心態嚟講,俾左成萬蚊買你個service, 長途機冇左PTV真係會死...
好似你 LAX-HKG 既情況,道歉某程度上係解決問題既方便,但係香港人比較實際,賠償番俾佢地就唔會搞咁多野。
喺另一角度睇,每個base都應該有一定數量既coupon存貨,免得下次又有同樣事情發生既時候又唔夠派。
ex- SQ既744所有PTV都壞晒一d都唔邪,我2005年1月同2006年4月都搭中asia world's city 744(B-HOY), 隔左咁耐兩次都係壞晒PTV,夠我邪??
好肯定既係B-HOY個PTV問題一直整唔掂。 |
